Ohio State coach Kevin McGuff and his staff made a late-season addition to their 2018 recruiting class when Hungarian post Dorka Juhasz committed to the Big Ten school. Juhasz, who was a key piece on Hungary's U19 World Championship team, is the No. 11 ranked prospect in the International recruiting rankings and one of the best uncommitted international prospects. Her addition will move Ohio State's 2018 recruiting class up in the overall class rankings.
Juhasz is a 6-foot-3 post who will give Ohio State versatility on their frontline. She can play in the low-post with her back to the basket but is equally as comfortable facing the rim, shooting from the midrange and the perimeter or attacking off the bounce. During the U19 World Championships in Udine, Italy, Juhasz averaged 11.7 points, 9.4 rebounds, and 1.6 assists a game. During the event, Juhasz suffered a knee injury but should be healthy for the start of practice in the fall of 2018.
