Breeding is a tough minded point guard who handles the ball and makes shot from the back court. As the workout went on she played with more and more confidence. Breeding is skilled enough to play either back court position and be productive. The key for her moving forward is to become more of a threat north and south attacking the basket. Not only scoring in the paint, but also drawing the second defender to kick to the open player should another tool in her skill set.
Breeding showed she belonged although she was playing against players that were a year or more older than her. She is a point guard with a quick handle. She showed that she can change directions with the ball and use either hand to evade defenders. Her activity defending the perimeter point to the fact that she is willing play hard and buy in to a team concept. The biggest challenge for Breeding moving forward is learning to play under control when the pace of play increases. These type of lessons will be learned easily through more playing experience.
