Reax: Willock To Kansas State

Reax: Willock To Kansas State
Eternati Willock

Kansas State coach Jeff Mittie and his staff added a big piece to their 2016 recruiting class when Eternati Willock of Scarborough, Ontario, pledged to the Big 12 school.  Willock, who originally committed to North Carolina as a member of the 2015 class last year, reclassified to the 2016 class this summer.  The 6-foot-2 forward has been a member of multiple Canadian youth National teams and projects to be an impact prospect for Mittie and his staff.

With the addition of Willock, Kansas State is getting size, athleticism and interior scoring on their roster.  Willock has the potential to be a primary post scorer and should be able to continue to develop her face up game.  With a long and athletic build, Willock’s long-term potential should give Kansas State fans something to be excited about.  While she certainly has the potential to make an immediate impact, Willock’s future could be even brighter.

Joining Willock at Kansas State next year will be 6-3 post Peyton Williams of Topeka, Kan., and 6-0 guard Mercedes Brooks of Wichita Falls, Texas. The trio of Willock, Williams, and Brooks gives Kansas great front court depth in the 2016 class
