Madison is a competitor, extra effort kid. She’s a glue kid, communicates well with her teammates, good listener, coachable and accountable. She has a good understanding of the game, executes well within the team’s offense. Her impact is making others around her better. She’s a good facilitator, sees the floor and is intelligent. She is capable of knocking down open jumpers beyond the arc. She can improve her speed, economy of motion and explosiveness. To be a more dynamic offensive player she will need to do those things to help improve her ability to create for herself and teammates or have more wizardry with the handle.
| Fast is a veteran Check Me Out Showcase player and has been one of the strongest competitors every outing. She has a high IQ from the guard position and has progressively become a better facilitator on the court. Her shooting consistency has improved from beyond the arc, but going forward, Fast needs to start focusing on her midrange game. Speed and combo moves to get to the middle of the paint and creating space is something Fast needs to look to add to her arsenal. She can knock down the 3-ball and get all the way to the rim, but having that inbetween, 1-2 step, quick trigger will really elevate her offensive game. Overall, Fast is one of the most coacheable, hardest working players in the gym, adding that midrange piece for a few transactions a game would be a level change for her going forward. |
