Vargas is a talented forward who has the ability to develop into the kind of player who can impact the game on both sides of the ball. Offensively, she is capable of being a threat as both a back to the basket scorer and in catch and shoot situations. She shows soft touch with her dominant left hand and is comfortable shooting the ball out to 17 feet. Defensively, she is a long, mobile forward who will be able to cover ball screens, move her feet laterally, and challenge shots around the rim.
